David’s role at HACCP Australia for the last eight years has been as a Food Technologist and consultant. This sees David undertaking food safety projects and auditing, particularly in the ACT and Western NSW. David has worked over 30 years in the food manufacturing sector which includes frozen foods, confectionery, brewing, baking, packaging and dairy.
David lives in Bathurst and his interests outside work are community projects, local government, regional development, sport and music.
