Martin is the Directeur Technique at HACCP Australia and has enjoyed a twenty-year career with the organisation. A Food Science and Business graduate, Martin has worked with large and small food businesses in countries including Australia, Canada, the USA and Japan in the manufacturing and international trade sectors.

When not engaged with HACCP Australia business, Martin, an accomplished guitarist, enjoys travel, a variety of water-sports and home renovation.
