Michelle has a PhD in Food Science & Technology and is a Senior Project Manager at HACCP Australia. Michelle is a Third Party Auditor (TPA) with the NSW Food Authority and an Exemplar Global NFSA Level 4 High Risk Food Safety Auditor.
Michelle specialises in developing food safety solutions for high risk food businesses and has extensive experience in both Australia and the Middle East.

In her free time Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and playing soccer.
