The 13th edition of the International Congress on Engineering and Food – ICEF13. – Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre

The Congress is presented by the International Association for Engineering and Food (IAEF) with support from Engineers Australia, the Australian Food Engineering Association (AFEA) and the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST).
