Food Safety Europe 2013 is nearly upon us! http://lnkd.in/75vxuk We will be running an 80 minute break-out session on Thursday 10th October, the 2nd day of the conference.
We shall present the food safety risks and controls from equipment and materials used in the food industry and will then run an informal team based exercise to “have a go” identifying credible food safety risks and appropriate controls associated with various equipment and materials.
