David hails from a famous dairy family in Albury and, after attending Hawkesbury Agricultural College (alongside his colleague, Martin Stone!), he joined the family business. Those years in dairy production and food safety management gave him enviable experience in this high-risk sector which was further developed with a number of years with Parmalat. David has been an integral part of HACCP Australia since it started. David enjoys family life, travel (which is lucky because he does a lot of it for work in Australia and The Pacific!), sailing and all things technical!
