Eliza holds a B. App Sc (Food Technology) as well as a B.Comm (Marketing). In addition to her 15 years of skills and knowledge acquired in food safety, quality assurance and regulatory affairs, Eliza has extensive experience with the manufacture of confectionery, beverages and bakery products. She has held key roles in the development and implementation of numerous HACCP, SQF and BRC programmes.
Eliza’s favourite activities outside work are traveling with her family, photography and creating abstract art. Eliza’s loves using recycled materials in her art projects and was a finalist in the City of Ryde Sustainable Waste Art Prize in 2017 and 2018.
