Neil has spent the majority of his career in the poultry Industry managing operations across Australia. Positions held include National Operations Manager and National Technical Manager Bartter / Steggles Poultry. National Distribution and Warehouse Manager Cerebos.

Outside his occupational duties Neil spends the rest of his time raising and financing 4 children and whenever possible, playing Golf/Fishing/Boating and Renovating.
